This is a complimentary service offered to our members. It is a 24 hour lost key service. If you are locked out of your house then you can call us and we'll come round with a key and give you access to your property. As a result you do not need to call an emergency locksmith, or have to damage the property to gain access.
Entertaining often means spending more time in the kitchen than with your guests. We can provide great chefs who can assist you. Whether you need help on the night, or for someone to prepare the food in advance, our chefs will be able to assist with almost any occasion.
To avoid leaving a key with a cleaner, we can either let the cleaner in on your behalf, or even arrange a cleaner for your house for either a one off or on a regular basis.

If you need something sent to/from you, then let us know the details and we'll arrange it for you. For instance, if you live abroad and you have left something behind.
It is not always possible to guarantee that you will be at home when a delivery arrives. Therefore you can send it to us and we can sign on your behalf. The package will be conveniently left for you inside your house ready for your return.
We will make dry cleaning even easier: simply let us know what items need cleaning/repairing and we will collect them from you or your house. We will then take them to the dry cleaners for you, and will return them back to your home when completed.
If you are unable to leave the office and you urgently need something doing, we can help. For example, if on arriving at the office and you realise a crucial holiday item has been left behind, call us and we will bring it to you.
Whether for you or someone else, we can arrange for flowers to be deliverd.
Why not treat yourself to housekeeping? We can ensure that when you arrive at home it will be ready for you. We can ensure there is fresh linen, towels and all the necessary toiletries. The house will be cleaned, the fridge will be stocked and flowers can be placed in the house. We can also arrange to forward on any mail, and assist with meter readings. This service can be tailored to your requirements.
Moving house can be incredibly stressful, and any help is always appreciated. So whether you need us to assist packing, lift some boxes, or co-ordinate the move - we are here to help.
Unfortunately some sub-contractors provide a vague time of arrival. You can end up taking an entire day of leave and find that they arrive in the first or last half an hour! Instead of wasting a day of holiday, we can wait on your behalf.
If you have a relative or a friend visiting, and you are unable to leave work, then we can let them in on your behalf. We can also let in your contractors for you, and even arrange viewings for a private sale/rental.
